Creating Readable Messages - AMEA 2018 Round Table Presenter

Hello, this article is about a City of Edmonton Community Standards Initiative to make enforcement letters easier to understand, and hopefully increase compliance.
Tiffany Sustrik and Mandi Friesen will be at our conference round table day this year. If you're interested in finding out more about their project and how to set up something similar in your community, this is a good opportunity:
