Core Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day services, operations & supervision
Training, mentoring and developing staff
Responding to community requests for service
Proactively identifying community issues and seeking resolution through public education, enforcement and compliance initiatives
Conflict resolution and strategic problem solving
Qualifications

Clean Criminal Record
Valid AB Class 5 Drivers license and clean drivers abstract
Post-Secondary education in a related field an asset
Community Peace officer level 2 appointment an asset
Conflict resolution training an asset
Experience

5+ years’ experience in leadership, training and team building
3+ years’ experience in an enforcement or legislative field
Ability to learn and apply complex legalization and protocols
Exceptional conflict resolution skills and training
Demonstrated ability to build respecting, positive relationships with team and stakeholders
Excellent Customer Services skills and focus
